Change
Routine execution is being absorbed
Execution-layer work, such as repetitive coding tasks, is increasingly handled by models. What becomes scarce is the ability to formulate the right problems and solve them well.
AI Literacy & Shared Benefits for All
We are running a pilot community project exploring practical, low-cost AI solutions. The community is for people and organizations interested in AI literacy, digital transformation, and broadly shared benefits. We explore broader applications of AI, including small businesses, education, remote communities.
Context
Frontier models can now perform advanced mathematical reasoning and complex software generation. But this has not simply replaced professionals. Instead, it has raised the threshold of what professional work means.

Challenge
AI creates new challenges for existing talent development systems, while redefining the learning curve for both individuals and organizations.
Position
We do not treat AI as a universal answer. We also do not treat rejecting AI as a moral position. The central question is whether AI is used in ways that produce real value and distribute its benefits more widely.
Many organizations are spending heavily on RAG systems, local deployment, and AI transformation projects without clear use cases or measurable returns.
AI capability is concentrated in a few regions, platforms, and organizations. Small businesses and underserved communities are often left behind.
Fair use of AI should fulfill: 1) Create measurable improvements in productivity; 2) Ensure that the benefits of AI-driven progress are broadly shared across society.
